Represented a tobacco manufacturer in defending litigation brought by an asbestos claims trust seeking cost recovery, resulting in mistrial and subsequent dismissal of claims.
Represented a manufacturer in cases alleging that its building material caused fires, obtaining partial exclusion of expert testimony and partial summary judgment.
